- Keeping membership information up to date
- Rehearsal Attendance
- Concert attire: sizing, ordering, follow-up
- Casual attire?
- Liz may ask for help with numbering music and putting in packets

2) Financial Committee – (Board Contact Susan Snyder, Barbara Belt)
Susan would collect and deposit fees and write checks as needed per board approval.

- Send tickets and thank you to donors before and after concerts
- Solicit donations from corporate and private sponsors
- Grant writing
- Silent auction (will probably need a separate committee)

3) Publicity Committee – Board and Member Contact Christine Loveland and Alison Leese
- Website
- Create flyers, posters, road signs etc. to advertise upcoming concerts
- Contact radio stations
- Contact newspapers, etc. to announce auditions and concerts

4) Concert Committee – Board Contact TBD- Vic? Joe?

-program (design, content, copies) – Linda Lorgus will assist with this
- photographer
- lighting
- recordings
- tickets
- ushers
- crew for setup and take down

5) Social Committee – Board Contact The Eckmans

- plan periodic social events around rehearsal nights
- plan and oversee refreshments at concerts
- plan end of year party
